Manoj is a restaurateur with 17+ years of experience in hospitality sector with specific focus in F&B & HR. A graduate from Cornell University (HRBP) with a diploma in Hotel Management from IHM-Kolkata, Manoj was the country head of Human Resources for Hilton Worldwide, India in his last corporate assignment and has worked with ITC, Taj, Hyatt & Intercontinental group of hotels.

Chef Ajeesh John Mathew has worked with some of the biggest names in the Culinary world including Chef Jamie Oliver and is a member of World Association of the Chef Societies (WACS). HE has travelled extensively around the globe and has picked up the nuances of local cooking. He started his career with the iconic Oberoi Grand, Kolkata and had a stint with Taj Umaid Bhavan Palace, Jodhpur before shifting to America. Overall, he has close to 15 years of experience.


Ajeesh likes to read non fiction, loves traveling and counts music as his biggest companion. He is fond of dogs and owns a Rottweiler & a German shepherd.

Saurav holds a Bachelor's degree in structural engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar. He’s passionate about challenging and improving processes and business models. He has in-depth knowledge on how to enable innovative business ideas with flexible tailor-made solutions. He specialises in project execution, finance and marketing and has worked with some of the biggest conglomerates including Bechtel & TechnipFMC.


When Saurav is not working, he loves travelling, playing cricket, watching Rugby and working on new ideas. He also loves wine and beer.

2- Structural design engineer involved in the design and building of a new terminal and associated facilities at Muscat International Airport.

Chef Kapil is a definitive name in Indian cuisine and is the brain behind Rang de Kesar.

Nitesh has a global exposure having worked in the Middle east region working with industry leaders like The Intercontinental, Emirates flight services etc.handling premium restaurants and fine dining operations. He later ventured to lead teams of Premium casual dining concepts in Dubai. Nitesh has always been passionate of creating memorable experiences for the masses. As the General Manager Operations Nitesh is instrumental in project coordination, client relationship and overall service quality maintenance.


He is passionate of reading, trekking and movies.
